What we’re doing right now
Ty Brethyn is currently offering loan stock, a fixed-term investment open to anyone who wants to put their money behind ethical, community-led housing. It’s funding the next stage of the co-op’s future: securing the site for the households living here now, and making room for the next generation of members who want what we’ve built.
Investments start from £2,000, with fixed interest rates depending on the term. Full terms are in the investment pack, which can be downloaded from the bottom of this page. As with any investment, capital is at risk, and loan stock isn’t covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Ty Brethyn is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority as a community benefit society, though this registration doesn’t amount to FCA authorisation.
